Who is Kellogg Printing Company?
         We are professionals who have been in business in the same location since 1924.

How long will it take to get my order?
         When do you need the product?

Can I see a copy of the job before it's printed?
         Yes. We can fax, mail (or e-mail a PDF file) to you for approval.

How should I submit the information for my form or business card?
         1) You can type the information in the Business Card Contents area of the order form.
         2) You can e-mail the information to us or attach your files to your e-mail.
         3) You can mail us the information.
         4) You can call us with the information.

Can I submit text files?
         Yes. Text files should be submitted for content only. If your word processor will allow
         you to save the file as a Rich Text Format file, your formatting will be retained, but
         you should mail or fax us a printed copy for style verification.

What graphic formats can you use?
         We can use the most common file formats...tif, bmp, wmf, eps, jpg, jpeg, gif, pdf, psd, or ai.

What fonts do you have?
         We have hundreds of fonts available for use, however, we may not have any unusual ones you use
         in your file. We will not violate any copyright laws, but can often substitute with a close match.
